Nursing Board Updates

RN with senior

California is one of the last states with two nursing boards — the Board of Registered Nursing and the Board of Vocational Nursing and Licensed Psychiatric Technicians. While the boards frequently collaborate on issues, there are times when they disagree. Therefore, it is critical that today's health care leader is informed about the work of each board. California's nursing boards will undergo sunset review in 2002.
